“FineR Deep” casting epoxy resin is a high-quality epoxy casting resin for very transparent castings. Great ability to pour large castings, perfect air bubbles release, very smooth curing and crystal clear transparency – it is an excellent resin for casting epoxy river tables and tabletops.

The epoxy casting resin is ideal for casting objects such as figures, stones, different fragile objects or simply coating photos. This resin can be very successfully used for casting thick layers on tabletops, kitchen tops etc.
Due to its slow hardener and long curing time, any bubbles have the opportunity to escape. You have also time to make modifications to your project if needed.

Pigments, glowing powder, pearl & metallic pigments, ink and colors

Our “FineR Deep” casting epoxy resin can be easily mixed with many different types of pigments, ink or powder. You can mix colors to obtain colors and shades you need. Glowing in the dark powder can be of course added and is also available. Usually, for the best glowing effect you can use between 5% – 50%.

Technical information

Each set of “FineR Deep” casting epoxy resin consists of 2 components: resin and hardener.

• Mixing ratio: 100 (resin) : 40 (hardener) mixed by weight
• Maximum layer thickness:  7 cm. Long curing process allows to pour/cast thick layers of up to 7 cm.
• The minimum processing temperature: 13 degrees Celsius. The lower process temperature, the longer curing process takes.
• Processing time (pot life): approx. 56 hours
• Dust dry after: approx. 24-48 hours
• Full cure after: 6-7 days
• Shelf life: At least 12 months in sealed containers at ambient temperature
